Privacy notice
Information collected
Project enquiries may include name, company, email, optional phone, website, country, business problem, additional context, expected investment and timeline. Call requests may include name, company, email, optional phone, preferred time, browser-detected timezone and discussion topic. Technical context can include landing page, referrer, UTM campaign values and country code supplied by the edge platform.
How information is used
Information is used to assess whether an enquiry is relevant, respond to the person who submitted it, arrange a requested call, prepare or discuss a proposal, manage a potential or active business relationship, prevent abuse and understand which marketing journeys produce useful enquiries.
Consent and other processing grounds
The project and call forms require an explicit acknowledgement before submission. Depending on the relationship and applicable law, information may also be processed because the user requested steps before entering a contract, because there is a legitimate business need to respond and keep appropriate records, or because retention is required by law.
Storage and service providers
Lead information is stored through Cloudflare D1. Website delivery also uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Google Tag Manager may load analytics or marketing measurement configured through that container. External providers process information under their own terms and configurations.
Analytics and measurement
Google Tag Manager is used as the measurement container. Configured analytics or marketing tools may collect device, page and interaction information. The exact data available depends on the tags active in the container and the visitor's browser or consent environment.
Retention
Unconverted project and call enquiries should normally be reviewed for deletion when they are no longer commercially relevant, with a general target of no longer than 24 months unless a continuing conversation, client relationship, dispute, security need or legal/accounting requirement justifies longer retention. Active client and transaction records may be kept for the period reasonably required for contractual, financial and legal obligations.
Access, correction and deletion
A person who submitted information can ask what personal information is held about them, request correction of inaccurate information or request deletion where continued retention is not required. Requests should identify the email address used for the enquiry so the relevant record can be located.
International visitors
James Digital accepts enquiries worldwide. Website and service providers may process information in jurisdictions different from the visitor's location. Mandatory privacy rights that apply to a visitor are not intended to be excluded by this notice.
Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to limit abuse and protect form submissions, including server-side validation, payload limits and secure database storage. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be risk-free.
